  • Kitchen reports are taken to know the number of patients in the wards daily and all wards are attended to find out all patients with nutrition related disease and counsel nutritionally.

  • Prescription and nutrition diet  are modified where necessary for specific patients

  • MCH meetings are attended for health talks and growth monitoring of all children.

  • CCC patients are reviewed and also DM/HTN clinics for health talks on dietry management.

  • Food preparation is assessed in the kitchen and ensure all patients on the prescribed diet food are well prepared
